Ana Schneider

Ana Schneider, MBA, currently serves as the Senior Director of Global Revenue Operations at Life Fitness since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ana held various leadership positions at Vantage Specialty Chemicals, including Vice President of Strategic Marketing and Product Management and Vice President of Commercial Excellence from November 2021 to May 2024. Ana's extensive experience at Baxter International Inc. from April 2009 to August 2021 involved leadership in Commercial Excellence for North and South America, overseeing CRM initiatives and managing sales operations across multiple regions. Earlier career roles include Senior Financial Analyst at BayCare Health System, Interim Budget Director at the University of South Florida, and managerial positions at Queen Emerald Corporation and Renal Therapy Services. Ana holds an Executive MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad ICESI.
