Jillian Lee

Jillian Lee has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the field of human resources. Jillian is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Life Fitness, a role they started in January 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President, Global Human Resources at Life Fitness from August 2019 to January 2023. Jillian also served as the HR PMO Leader and Director of People Operations & Experience at Life Fitness from April 2018 to August 2019. Before joining Life Fitness, Jillian worked at AFN as the Vice President of Human Resources from May 2014 to April 2018. Jillian also gained experience at Brunswick Corporation, where they held the position of HR Director for Bowling & Billiards from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they worked at Life Fitness as an HR Manager for Franklin Park Manufacturing, Engineering & Supply Chain, as well as Staff Services from 2005 to 2012. Jillian started their career as an HR Coordinator at Brunswick Corporation in December 2002. Jillian also has experience outside of the human resources field, having worked as an Account Supervisor at Modern Marketing Concepts from 1999 to 2002.

Jillian Lee completed their undergraduate education from Binghamton University, where they obtained a BA in Philosophy from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Moravian University in 1995-1996, focusing on Literature.
