Life Fitness Global VP And Managing Director, Hospitality And Multi Unit Housing at Life Fitness

Kim Land has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Kim started their career as a Head Women's Basketball Coach at Miami Dade South Community College in 1985, and later moved to St. Thomas University Miami FL as the Head Women's Basketball Coach and Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. Kim then joined the University of Miami as an Assistant Women's Basketball Coach. In 1989, they transitioned to the fashion industry as an Associate Sales Manager at Ritchie Fashions. From 1995 to 2002, they worked as a Sales Manager at Precision Fitness Equipment, where they handled commercial sales of fitness equipment. Kim then joined Life Fitness, where they held various roles including Hospitality & Cruise Line National Account Manager, Director of Vertical Sales in the Amenity Division, and currently serves as the Global VP and Managing Director for the Hospitality and Multi Unit Housing industry. Kim has expertise in sales, account management, sales operations, building successful teams, and marketing strategy in various vertical channels, including hospitality, multi-unit housing, corporate wellness, cruise lines, golf/social clubs, and medical wellness.

Kim Land completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University Bloomington from 1980 to 1984. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Sports Administration at St. Thomas University from 1986 to 1988.
