Koji Yoshida

Koji Yoshida is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Business Partner at Life Fitness Japan since May 2020, Koji leads initiatives focused on people strategy, recruitment, and employee engagement. Previously, as Human Resources Manager at Zegna Japan from May 2017 to May 2020, Koji displayed a commitment to developing talent and organizational effectiveness within the luxury menswear sector. Earlier roles include Manager of Human Resources at Johnson Controls, where Koji held various titles, including Senior Talent Management Analyst and Talent Management Analyst, and contributed to leadership training programs and recruitment initiatives. Koji’s career began in academia, serving as Assistant Director of International Admissions at Teikyo University, where Koji coordinated international student recruitment and support services. Koji holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in China Business from HKUST Business School, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from Schiller International University.
