Regan Putz

Regan Putz has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. They started their career as a Senior Auditor at Arthur Andersen in 2000 and then worked as an Audit Manager at Deloitte & Touche from 2002 to 2008. During this time, they coordinated audit engagements for large public companies and supervised teams of accountants.

In 2008, Putz joined CF Industries as a Manager of Accounting & Projects, where they were responsible for drafting SEC filings, preparing financial statements, and transitioning finance functions during the company's acquisition.

Putz then moved to Kraft Foods Group in 2012, serving as a Manager of External Reporting. In this role, they prepared and filed annual and quarterly SEC filings and ensured accurate financial disclosures.

In 2015, Putz joined The Kraft Heinz Company as a Senior Manager of Procurement Finance, Commodities. They managed a team and were accountable for hedging, commodity forecasting, and trade compliance.

After that, Putz had a significant tenure at Anixter starting in 2015, where they held various roles. They served as a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting, overseeing all financial reporting and accounting activities. Later, they became a Director of Financial Reporting, leading a team responsible for corporate close activities and implementing new processes. Finally, they were promoted to a Director of Global Finance, where they designed programs to improve profitability and transparency.

From 2021 to 2023, Putz worked at HH Global as a VP and Controller, North America. In this position, they managed a team, led the financial close process, and initiated a finance transformation project.

Currently, Regan Putz is working at Life Fitness as a VP and Global Controller, starting in 2023.

Regan Putz attended Tulane University - A.B. Freeman School of Business from 1996 to 2000. They pursued studies in Accounting and Finance, although their degree name was not provided.
