Sulenna Guzman

Sulenna Guzman has a diverse background in marketing and management roles. Sulenna is currently working as a Marketing Director at Life Fitness since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Marketing Manager at PSAV and Encore from 2018 to 2022, where they played a key role in developing and executing integrated marketing plans. Before that, they worked at Becker Professional Education from 2009 to 2018, where they held various roles including Regulatory Compliance, Senior Manager of Operations, and Senior Marketing Manager. In their role at Becker, they led regulatory compliance efforts and managed operational processes. Sulenna also has experience working at HSBC from 1996 to 2009, where they served as an Account Executive and Marketing Manager, overseeing marketing strategies and initiatives.

Sulenna Guzman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, obtained from 2011 to 2013. Sulenna also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed from 1996 to 1999. Additionally, they have a certification in Six Sigma - Yellow Belt obtained in July 2017 from the Six Sigma institution.
