Vanja Gavrilovic

Vanja Gavrilovic has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Vanja began their career at Neohapsis in 2008 as an HR Assistant, where they conducted new hire orientation, supported payroll and benefits functions, and worked on key HR projects. Vanja then joined Brunswick Corporation in 2009, starting as an HR Assistant before being promoted to HR Generalist, and later becoming an HR Business Partner. During their time at Brunswick, Vanja partnered with business leaders and managed talent acquisition, retention, and employee relations for various departments and entertainment centers. Vanja also implemented new processes and created HR metrics to improve organizational effectiveness. In 2013, Vanja moved on to Life Fitness, where they held various roles including HR Business Partner, HR Manager, Director of Talent and Organizational Development, and most recently, HR Director, leading talent attraction, retention, and development. Throughout their career, Vanja has demonstrated expertise in areas such as talent acquisition, talent development, compensation planning, and employee relations.

Vanja Gavrilovic holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Sociology from DePaul University. They also have an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources from Roosevelt University. In 2013, Gavrilovic obtained a PHR Certification from the HR Certification Institute.
