Joshila Ranchhod

Joshila Ranchhod is an experienced legal and corporate governance professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Group Company Secretary at Life Healthcare since March 2021, Joshila previously held the role of Corporate Services Manager at the same organization from January 2019 to December 2020. Prior to that, Joshila worked at Sun International from February 2010 to December 2018, fulfilling roles as Group Manager: Governance, Ethics & Secretarial and Senior Legal Advisor. Earlier experience includes a position as Legal Advisor at Medscheme from October 2003 to January 2010 and as Senior Associate at Bowman Gilfillan Inc from January 1999 to September 2003. Joshila completed a BA and LLB in Law at Rhodes University between 1993 and 1998.
