Palesa Moletsane

Palesa Moletsane is an accomplished professional in organisational development and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Organisational Development & Transformation at Life Healthcare since July 2018, where responsibilities include the implementation of talent management strategies and overseeing management development programs. Previously, Palesa held key roles at Standard Chartered Bank as Head of Talent Acquisition for Southern Africa, and at Nedbank Capital and Absa Capital, focusing on HR recruitment and talent acquisition. Palesa began a career in recruitment with DAV Professional Placement Group and has experience in sales administration from Molapo Technology. Academic qualifications include a B.Com (Honours) in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Commerce from MANCOSA, alongside a strong educational foundation from Technicon Witwatersrand and St Catherine's Convent.
