Maria Andrew has a diverse work experience in the home care industry. Maria started their career in 2004 at BAYADA Home Health Care as a Client Services Manager, focusing on talent acquisition, client relationship management, and mentoring. Maria then joined Senior Home Care Services, Inc. in 2012 as the Director of Care Support, where they played a crucial role in operations, human resources, community outreach, and recruitment.
In 2020, Maria moved to Home Care Assistance as an HCL-Business Development professional, and later in 2022, they joined TheKey as a Senior HCL-Business Development. In this role, they effectively created awareness of the company's homecare services and facilitated networking among healthcare professionals to help aging clients find suitable caregivers.
Currently, Maria holds two roles at Life Home Care since 2022, serving as the Vice President of Business Development and recently being appointed as the Director of Community Relations.
Maria Andrew, CDP received a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Johnson & Wales University in 1994. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Aquinas High School in 1990.
