Julia Henke is the Director and Co-Founder of Rings of Hope, a nonprofit organization established in May 2018 that focuses on empowering individuals in Nigeria facing significant challenges by fostering movements of hope for personal and societal transformation. In addition, Julia serves as the Director for Europe at Life In Abundance International since June 2020 and previously held various roles at Medair from October 2016 to May 2020, including Head of Engagement Support and Research and Insight Officer. Julia's earlier experience includes advocacy work at mission 21, project management and research at the University of Geneva, and advisory roles with organizations such as the International Foundation for Population and Development and the Centre for the Study of Social Change. Julia holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Socioeconomics from the University of Geneva and has studied at Tata Institute of Social Sciences and Abilene Christian University.
