Dinesh Pant

Dinesh Pant currently serves as the Appointed Actuary and Executive Director Actuarial at LIC of India since January 2017. Previously, Dinesh worked as a Product Actuary at LIC of India from June 2012 to January 2017, handling all Individual and Group Life and Pension Products for the largest life insurer. Dinesh also held the position of General Manager for Life Business at Kenindia Assurance Company Limited in Nairobi, Kenya, from January 2007 to June 2012, overseeing actuarial, management, operations, and investments. Dinesh is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries India (FIAI) and holds several professional qualifications, including AIA, FIII, LLB, MBA, and BE. Currently pursuing FIA (UK) in Actuarial Science from IFoA UK, with a completion date of May 2030.
