Stefanie Rathjen-Kelly is the VP of Product Marketing at Life.io. Stefanie has over twelve years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and engagement strategy.
Rathjen-Kelly began their career in 2009 as the Director of Digital Marketing for Medical Staffing Network Care Management. In this role, they were responsible for developing content and digital marketing strategies on a tight budget.
In 2015, they became the Director of Marketing for Allied Health at Cross Country Healthcare. In this role, they oversaw all marketing efforts for the company's travel nursing and allied health divisions. Stefanie remained in this position until 2018, when they were promoted to Director of Social Media and Marketing Strategy.
In 2019, Rathjen-Kelly left Cross Country Healthcare to join Life.io as their Director of Engagement Marketing Strategy. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing Life.io's engagement marketing strategy. Stefanie was promoted to VP of Product Marketing in 2021.
Stefanie Rathjen-Kelly has a MBA in Finance and Information Systems from NYU Stern School of Business, a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Philosophy from Muhlenberg College, and a degree in International Business from the University of Westminster.
Stefanie Rathjen-Kelly reports to Molly Black, Chief Product Officer. They are on a team with Maureen Higgins - Senior Product Manager, Alicia Bergeron - Product Manager, Integrations & Customer Success, and RJay Haluko - SVP, Creative & Design.
