Dr. Enrique Samper, Ph.D. has an extensive background in the biotechnology and genetics field. Dr. Enrique founded NIMGenetics, serving as CEO and Chairman, focusing on strategy and international business development. Dr. Enrique also held roles at CNIC and the Buck Institute for Age Research conducting research on genetic instability and oxidative stress. Currently, they hold positions as Chief Business and Transformation Officer at Life Length and Board Member at SEBiot and the Asociación Española de Bioempresas. Dr. Enrique is also a Business Angel Investor at Weplan Analytics. Dr. Samper completed their Ph.D. in Molecular Biology and Aging Research at the National Center for Biotechnology-CSIC.

Dr. Enrique Samper, Ph.D. obtained their primary education at Colegio Retamar from 1978 to 1990. Dr. Enrique then pursued a Bachelor of Science in plant physiology and genetics at Michigan State University from 1990 to 1994. Following this, they completed a Master of Science in Plant Biotechnology at the University of London from 1994 to 1995. Dr. Samper went on to earn their Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, concluding in 2002. Additionally, they participated in various executive education programs in business administration, entrepreneurship, and international economics between 2010 and 2016 at institutions such as IE Business School, Esade, Harvard Business School, IESE Business School, and Escuela de Organización Industrial.
