Director, Talent Success at Life Line Screening

John Kusinski, M.Ed. has extensive work experience in the field of training and development. John started their career in 1993 as an EAP Manager at Marymount Hospital/The Cleveland Clinic, where they managed a program serving over 22,000 employees and their families. At Sterling Jewelers, Inc., they served as a Credit Training Manager, responsible for managing the training function for a department with over 750 employees.

In 2001, John joined Weltman Weinberg & Reis LLP as a Training Manager, where they established a new training staff and developed departmental structures and policies aligned with business objectives. John then moved to Sterling Jewelers, where they served as the Director of Learning & Performance Improvement from 2001 to 2014. In this role, they managed the training and development function for home office departments with over 1,000 employees.

Since 2014, John has been working at Life Line Screening. John initially served as the Senior Manager of Sales Training & Development, supporting all sales training initiatives for the contact center operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Talent Success.

John Kusinski, M.Ed. completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management from Ashland University in 1981. John later pursued further education at Cleveland State University, where they obtained their Master of Education degree in Adult Learning & Development in 1992.
