We provide psychological assessment and counselling in key clinical areas, online resource programs on sleep, mindfulness and career testing and corporate leadership and coaching services. We also provide Hypnotherapy for improved psychological and physical health. We host workshops that are educational and interactive, on all things 'mental health'.
