Jean-Luc Vildé

Jean-Luc Vildé is a seasoned professional in the manufacturing and chemical industries, currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Manager and M&A consultant for self-employed projects since January 2021. Vildé also holds the position of President for Life Project 4 Youth in Belgium and mentors at DUO for a JOB. Previously, Vildé was the Executive Vice President of Operations at IGM Resins for two years and the Global Manufacturing Director at Allnex, overseeing 18 manufacturing sites. Experience also includes directorship roles at Cytec and BP, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain management in lubricant and resin operations, as well as foundational roles in process engineering at Total and JSP. Vildé graduated with a Master's degree in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Chimie Paris Tech - PSL and has furthered education in Operations Management through the MIT Sloan Executive Education program.
