Julia Salgas

Julia Salgas is an experienced professional specializing in labor law, human resources, and youth integration. Currently serving as a Digital Inclusion Project Manager and Professional and Social Integration Project Manager at Life Project 4 Youth since May 2022, Julia is responsible for partnership development and coaching youth from underprivileged backgrounds to enhance their employability. Previous roles include Consultant in Labor Law at Exponens, where Julia provided legal advice and conducted training sessions, and various positions at AXA en France and AREVA focusing on employee relations and HR communication. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Social Law and Human Resources Management from Université catholique de Lille, alongside several other degrees in law from Université Jean Moulin and a Baccalauréat ES.
