Teresa Duarte has extensive experience in the real estate and business management sectors. Since March 2010, Teresa has served as the Director of Operations and Head of Client Accounts at LiFE Residential, which has grown into one of the UK’s leading privately owned real estate agencies specializing in luxury developments. Prior to this role, Teresa worked as an Office Manager at ChemAlum, a chemical manufacturing plant, from November 2008 to February 2010, and as a Credit Controller at Caxton Community Newspapers from August 2006 to September 2007, where responsibilities included managing credit operations for both the Zululand Observer and the Johannesburg Branch. Teresa completed education at Empangeni High School from 1998 to 2003.

We offer services in lettings, sales and property management across the city of London. We have 11 London based offices located across zones 1 to 6, strategically placed to efficiently manage thousands of apartments in hundreds of the finest developments. We have also expanded internationally with offices in Hong Kong and Singapore. We recently formed a partnership with James Andrew Residential to form The PRS Partnership, allowing us to integrate our skills with block management services.
