Angela Koosman Sphr

Angela Koosman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Benefits Manager and Senior Benefits Partner at Life-Science Innovations since July 2021. Prior to this role, Angela Koosman worked at Nova-Tech Engineering as the People and Culture Primary Product Owner from February 2017 to July 2021. Angela Koosman has significant experience in human resources, having held the position of VP Operations/HR across three manufacturing facilities at Willmar Fabrication, LLC, CRM South, LLC, and Custom Roto Mold, INC from July 2010 to February 2017. Earlier in career, Angela Koosman was the Human Resource Manager for District 103 at The Home Depot and also served in various HR and operational roles at Best Buy and Ultimate Electronics. Angela Koosman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Business/Communications from Augustana University (SD).
