Adriana Maldonado

Adriana Maldonado currently serves as a Benefits Manager and People Leader at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, having joined in August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Benefits Consultant and Vendor Manager at the Federal Reserve System from March 2019 to October 2024, as well as serving as a Diversity & Inclusion Project Manager at AllianceBernstein for a brief period in late 2018. Adriana operated an online consignment shop as a self-employed owner from January 2015 to November 2018. Earlier in the career, Adriana worked at Goldman Sachs from October 2003 to December 2014, holding positions as Benefits Associate, Legal Associate, and Consultant. Adriana holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Theatre from the University of Florida, obtained in 2000.
