Mike Rice

Mike Rice is an experienced board member and executive with a diverse background in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Board Member at CellFE and a mentor to startup founders through the Life Science Washington Institute, Mike also holds positions as an Auxiliary Member with the Order of Malta Western Association and Board Member for a confidential stealth mode Seattle cell therapy company and Mercury Bio. Previously, Mike was the CEO and Chairman of the Board at BioLife Solutions, where a pioneering contribution to clinical grade biopreservation media was made, establishing a market-leading position. Mike's extensive experience includes board roles at Sexton Biotechnologies and Savsu Technologies, alongside a strong foundation in business development at AMI Semiconductor. Mike is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Pastoral Theology at Augustine Institute after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from City University of Seattle.
