This innovative medical and social-based model of care offers comprehensive, integrated support services for individuals age 55 and older who live in the defined service area and meet the nursing facility level of care requirements by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. 

LIFE's Vintage Housing
LIFE's Vintage Housing properties provide affordable housing opportunities for individuals 62 and older with low to moderate incomes. Each one or two bedroom apartment rents for below market rates to qualifying individuals. LIFE's 17 Vintage Housing developments can be found throughout Tulsa and the surrounding areas, including Jenks, Owasso, Bixby, Broken Arrow, Coweta, Sapulpa, Collinsville, Glenpool, Bristow, Skiatook and Sand Springs.
