Alysha Hiltbrand

Alysha Hiltbrand has a diverse range of work experience, beginning with their role as a Staffing Manager at Kelly Services from 2004 to 2007. Alysha then transitioned to Webco Industries, where they worked as a Human Resources Generalist from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they joined Newfield Exploration, starting as an HR Business Partner from 2009 to 2011, then moving on to roles such as HR Projects Lead from 2011 to 2013, Senior HR Business Partner from 2013 to 2014, and Senior Benefits Specialist from 2014 to 2015. Alysha'sfinal role at Newfield Exploration was as a Reservoir Analyst from January to August 2016. Currently, Alysha holds the position of Human Resources Director at LIFE Senior Services, which they have held since December 2016.

Alysha Hiltbrand holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies, from the University of North Georgia.
