Erik Lindseth

Erik Lindseth is the Vice President and General Counsel at Life Time Fitness, a prominent company with a focus on healthy living and the operation of over 138 health and fitness centers in the United States and Canada. With a legal career spanning nearly three decades, Erik served as an Assistant Attorney General in the Minnesota Attorney General's Office, where extensive work involved litigating consumer protection cases against misleading business practices. Prior to that, Erik was an Associate in the General Litigation Group at Faegre Baker Daniels LLP, handling various types of cases for corporate clients. Erik holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Rhetoric and Political Science from Drake University.
