Joelle Jach

Joelle Jach has extensive experience in both fitness instruction and strategic management, currently serving as an Instructor at Life Time Inc. since March 2024, where memorable workouts are crafted to help members achieve fitness goals. Prior to this role, Joelle held various positions at the International WELL Building Institute from April 2021 to April 2024, including Senior Manager and Technical Account Manager, focusing on client engagement and social sustainability initiatives. Joelle also worked briefly as a Fitness Coach at Eat The Frog Fitness® in 2023, and held strategic roles at Gensler and CallisonRTKL from 2015 to 2021. Early career experience includes roles at HOK, HomeAdvisor, Philmont Scout Ranch, and Primera Engineers. Joelle Jach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Environmental Analysis with a concentration in Human Factors and Ergonomics from Cornell University.
