Robert Orr

Robert Orr has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. Robert currently serves as the President & CEO of Life360 Innovations, a Canadian company that creates and distributes licensed medical devices for individuals with urinary incontinence.

Additionally, Robert is a Member of the Board of Directors at Hemocath, a company focused on improving clinical outcomes for patients with heart failure through their Pulmonary Artery Catheter.

Robert is also a Business Advisor and Board Member at Eproval, a position they have held since 2019.

Prior to their current roles, Robert was the CFO & VP Development at St. Augustine Gold & Copper Ltd. from 2012 to 2013.

Robert also has experience as a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where they specialized in providing buy/sell side advice to private and public companies.

Robert Orr attended the University of Victoria from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics. In 1995, they enrolled in the Canadian Indepth Tax Course Levels I & II for tax law and taxation studies. During the same year, they also pursued the CBV (Chartered Business Valuators) program at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Business Valuators. Since 1992, they have been affiliated with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada), where they obtained the CPA / CA (Chartered Professional Accountant) designation specializing in tax law, taxation, and finance.
