Michael Zane

Michael Zane is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the Head of Financial Planning & Business Partnering at LifeArc since August 2020. Prior to this, Michael held the position of Senior Finance Business Partner at Johnson Matthey from July 2012 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing financial control, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and risk management within Corporate Research & Development. Earlier roles at Johnson Matthey included Group Reporting Manager and Group Accountant, with a focus on IFRS compliance and group consolidation audits. Michael began a career in finance at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Executive after obtaining a degree in Natural Sciences, specializing in Experimental Psychology from the University of Cambridge from 1997 to 2000.
