Nicole Mathon

Nicole Mathon is an experienced professional with a strong background in cell and molecular biology, holding a PhD from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Oxford. Currently on a planned career break since December 2023, Nicole has been serving as Associate Director of the Opportunity Assessment Group at LifeArc since 2019, previously progressing to Director in that department. Prior to LifeArc, Nicole led the Therapeutics Review Team at MRC Technology and held the role of Business Manager at the same organization from 2003 to 2010. Early career experience includes a position as a Scientist at GSK from 2001 to 2002.
