Alejandra Díaz Murillo has a broad range of work experience, beginning in 2013. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Coffee Specialist at DABA (Nespresso exclusive distributor) and as a freelance translator. From 2014 to 2019, they held various positions at ENEB - Escuela de Negocios Europea de Barcelona, including Director of the International Area, Coordinator of the Language Area, and Collaborator. Since 2019, they have been working as People and Talent Director, People, Talent and Engagement Manager, and Operations and Talent Manager at Lifebit. In this role, they have led the HR, Talent Acquisition and Operation functions of the organisation and grown the team by 300%. Alejandra has also created a Talent department and onboarded a team to help escalate the company to the next level, applying People Analytics to help define a better strategy to all levels of the organisation.
