David Trigo

David Trigo has worked in various roles related to DevOps, System Administration, and Technical Account Management. From 2008-2012, they were an Administrator of Linux and HPC Systems at CSIC. From 2012-2014, they worked as an Administrator of Linux and HPC Systems at Bull. From 2014-2017, they worked as a Technical Account Manager at Econocom Nexica, where they were responsible for taking requirements for different projects, creating technological solutions and presenting them to clients, and implementing and following up on them. From 2017-2019, they worked as a DevOps and Team Lead at Grupo Godó de Comunicación. From 2019-2020, they were a DevOps Team Lead at Tiendeo, where they were responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing infrastructure for new projects, mainly in Amazon Web Services and OVH, as well as auditing cloud providers costs and proposing strategies to reduce costs. Currently, they are a Senior DevOps at Lifebit, where they are responsible for analyzing, designing and implementing infrastructure for new projects, mainly in Amazon Web Services, administering, monitoring, updating, configuring and applying changes to any of the cloud and on premise key services, and automating existing processes by developing software (or integrating existing open source software).

David Trigo obtained a Grado en Ingeniería Informática from the Universitat de Barcelona between 2008 and 2011. David then obtained a Máster in Seguridad de las tecnologías de la información y de las comunicaciones from UOC between 2011 and 2013. David has obtained various certifications since then, including Product Owner Certified and Scrum Master from Scrum Manager in December 2021, Hadoop Platform and Application Framework from Coursera in January 2016, M102: MongoDB for DBAs from MongoDB, Inc. in December 2015, Oracle certified Associate from Oracle in March 2015, M202: MongoDB Advanced Deployment and Operations from MongoDB, Inc. in February 2015, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021, AWS Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February 2020, TrueSight Capacity Optimization v10.X from BMC Software in December 2017, and RHCSA - RED HAT CERTIFIED SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR from Red Hat in February 2017.
