Dr Cecilia Tsui has a diverse educational background. Dr Cecilia Tsui holds a PhD in Quality Assurance in Higher Education from IOE - UCL's Faculty of Education and Society, a Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Design for the Built Environment from the University of Cambridge, a Joint AGSM-UNSW and University of Sydney MBA, an M.Ed in Administration & Management from The University of Hong Kong, a Final Diploma in English and Translation - English/Chinese from the Chartered Institute of Linguists (formerly the Institute of Linguists), and a Diploma in Business Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Dr Cecilia Tsui has also completed courses in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the Impulse Programme at the Maxwell Centre, Enterprisers from Cambridge Judge Business School, Entrepreneurship for Life Sciences and Healthcare Startups from the University of California, San Francisco - Innovation Ventures, and Training and Education for Development from UNESCO, International Institute for Educational Planning, Paris, France.
