☁️Kumail Hassan

Kumail Hassan has held a variety of roles since 2018. In 2018, they held a Summer Internship at Innovative Technology Ltd and a Nuffield Research Placement: City Labs 1.0 at The University of Manchester, where they analysed large data sets, identified and solved problems, and worked in a team under time constraints to test hypothesis in labs. In 2019, they held roles as an IT Consultant at My JtM and a Business Advisor and Technical Service Advisor (KnowHow) at Currys plc, where they were awarded best KnowHow advisor based on customer feedback. In 2020, they were an IT Consultant at Super Pharm LTD, leading the migration of the entire practice from on-premise to a cloud-based solution. Since 2021, they have been an AWS Cloud Practitioner re/Start Trainee at Amazon Web Services (AWS), where they have designed, implemented, and maintained highly available, scalable and cost-efficient AWS-based solutions. In 2022, they are an Infrastructure Solutions Architect at Lifebit.

Kumail Hassan completed their A Levels at Loreto Sixth Form College in Biology, Chemistry & Psychology. ☁️Kumail then went on to attend The University of Salford, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science with Cyber Security in 2020. ☁️Kumail has also obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) including AWS Partner: Accreditation (Business) and AWS Partner: Accreditation (Technical) in 2022, AWS re/Start Graduate in 2022, and from LinkedIn, Getting Things Done and Leading with Emotional Intelligence in 2020.
