Colt Lafreniere

Colt Lafreniere is the founder of Global Acquisition Partners Inc., serving since January 2018, and has held various advisory roles, including board member positions for the Lifeboat Foundation's New Money Systems Board and Transparency and Privacy Board since March 2022. Previously, Colt served as Chief Investment Officer at Cord Grass Holdings from November 2021 to March 2022, focusing on consumer, leisure, and healthcare sectors, and held the role of Mergers and Acquisitions Specialist at Unity Group from February 2018 to February 2022. Additional experience includes being a JV Partner at Alliance Group LLC and a real estate investor, along with earlier roles in construction. Colt Lafreniere holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of the People and a technical degree from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, along with leadership training as a Master Warrant Officer in the Royal Canadian Army Cadets.
