Jane Elfring

Jane Elfring is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in writing, education, and photography. As a co-owner of The Elves' Workshop since 2010, Jane provides freelance writing services and woodworking, contributing to local publications. Jane also works as an interviewer and ghostwriter for LifeBook Ltd, assisting individuals in preserving their life stories. Additionally, Jane has held various teaching roles, including journalism teacher at Fairfax County Public Schools and substitute teacher across K-12 settings. Jane's earlier experience includes teaching English, Language Arts, and Religion in public and private schools, as well as consulting for Catholic Relief Services. Jane holds a Master’s degree in Education from East Carolina University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from St. Joseph College.
