Fadi Abu-Sneineh

Fadi Abu Sneineh holds an MBA in Operations Management from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Latvijas Universitate. Currently serving as the Vice President of Operational Excellence at LifeBridge Health since June 2021, Fadi previously held various leadership roles at Adventist Health, including Associate Vice President of Operations and Director of Process Improvement. Fadi's career also includes experience as an Adjunct Faculty at California State University, Bakersfield, and a Process Improvement Global Lead at Key Energy Services. Additional roles have included Lean Six Sigma Improvement Advisor at Adventist Health, Field Support Officer at the United Nations OCHA, and Operations Manager at Burger King®. Fadi is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and an ASQ Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
