Rebecca Altman

Rebecca Altman is the current Chief Operating Officer of Sinai Hospital & Grace Medical at LifeBridge Health. Rebecca has previous experience as a managing director for Johns Hopkins Medicine International and as an administrator for Johns Hopkins Home Care Group. Rebecca has also worked as a senior director for xG Health Solutions, where they became an expert in coaching and mentoring physician leadership in the areas of change management, medical home redesign, effective case management, financial optimization, and improved workflows. Rebecca has also worked on projects such as clinical variation reduction work in Singapore and numerous health systems in the United States.

Rebecca Altman has a MBA in Finance and International Business from The George Washington University School of Business, a BA in Finance, Accounting, and French from Franklin & Marshall College, and an RN in Nursing with a specialty in Open Heart from Lancaster General School of Nursing.

Rebecca Altman reports to Neil Meltzer, President & CEO. They are on a team with Martha Nathanson - VP, Government Relations and Community Development, Julie Cox - VP & Chief Development Officer, and James Roberge - VP, Capital Improvements and Support Services.
