Rhonda Mathis

Rhonda Mathis is an experienced mental health professional currently serving as a Clinician at Effective School Solutions since February 2020. Additionally, Rhonda is the Owner and Art Therapist at Nurturing Heart, LLC, a private practice established in May 2016, focused on providing affordable and creative therapeutic services to underserved urban communities. Rhonda has also held positions as a Clinical Art Therapist at East Orange General Hospital from November 2015 to January 2020 and as an Art Therapist at Barnabas Health from July 2011 to August 2017. Rhonda holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Art Therapy from Caldwell University (2010) and a Bachelor's degree in Fine/Studio Arts from Kean University (1993).
