Rhie-Young Lim

Rhie-young Lim currently holds the positions of Producer & Host at Kendall On Air and Judge for the MassChallenge accelerator, focusing on healthcare and labor force solutions. As Chief Operating Officer and Board Member of LifeCanvas Technologies Inc., Rhie-young Lim has successfully built a biotech startup from the ground up and managed various investment opportunities. Rhie-young Lim also serves as Director of Operations at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, mentoring in the StartMIT program, and previously directed the MIT Seoul Bootcamp, leading to significant alumni and venture successes. Early career experience includes roles as Seoul Correspondent and Digital Producer at CNBC, where notable achievements included producing a highly-rated weekend program, as well as various positions in marketing, translation, and research at L'Oréal, Newsweek, and Thomson Reuters. Rhie-young Lim holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Ewha Womans University.
