Clarence Nowlin (Andy)

Clarence (Andy) Nowlin has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and inclusion. Clarence (Andy) started their career as the Director of Human Resources at LifeCare Alliance in February 2016 and held this position until May 2021. In July 2020, they were promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer at LifeCare Alliance and later became the Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer in May 2021. Additionally, they worked as the Human Resource and Risk Management Director at Starr Commonwealth until May 2021.

Clarence (Andy) Nowlin has completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Human Services Management from Franklin University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Bluffton University.
