Melinda Rowe

Melinda Rowe is currently the Director of Wellness & Central Ohio Diabetes Association at LifeCare Alliance. Melinda has been in this position since April 2015. Prior to that, they were a Wellness Nurse with LifeCare Alliance from May 2014 to April 2020. In this role, they managed community wellness clinics serving the senior population in various settings, including a city run senior recreation center and an inner city church setting. Additionally, they worked as a travel immunization nurse, helping with consultation, sales and administration of travel as well as corporate immunizations.

At LifeCare Alliance, Melinda was focused on customer service throughout all nursing interactions and decision making was a high priority, as this not only helped to maintain great relationships with our clients, but helped to build new accounts. Additionally, they presented various lunch and learn topics to corporate clients' employees and helped to implement and train on new equipment, organization and structure to biometric screening process.

Melinda Rowe's educational career includes a bachelor's degree in BSN from Chamberlain College of Nursing, an associates of applied science in registered nursing/registered nurse from Columbus State Community College, a bachelor's of science in human nutrition and food management from The Ohio State University, and an associates in sports & fitness management from Columbus State Community College. Melinda also has a certificate in phlebotomy technician/phlebotomist from Ohio School of Phlebotomy and a certificate in CPR/BLS from American Heart Association.

They are on a team with Annette Utzinger - Assistant to the President & CEO, Leah Bunck - Assistant Director, Nutrition Services, and Alli Chrzanowski - Director, Help-at-Home. Their manager is Charles W. Gehring, President & CEO.
