Melissa Bissell

Melissa Bissell currently serves as Help at Home Manager and Community Project Coordinator at LifeCare Alliance since April 2023. Previously, Melissa worked at Ohio Virtual Academy from March 2018 to April 2023 as a Transition Services Liaison. Melissa holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Dayton, earned between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Services Management from the University of Phoenix.
