Dickson Wang

Dickson Wang has a diverse work experience in the actuarial field. Dickson started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Gabriel, Roeder, Smith & Company in July 2005 and worked there until September 2006. Dickson then joined LifeCare Assurance Company in September 2006 as an Actuarial Analyst. Over the years, they progressed to become an Associate Actuary in May 2017, a Valuation Actuary in March 2022, and finally an Assistant Vice President Valuation Actuary in July 2023.

Dickson Wang holds a Master's degree in Statistics from Cornell University, which they obtained from 2003-2004. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the same university from 1999-2003. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained certifications such as Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) from the Society of Actuaries and Member of the American Academy of Actuaries (MAAA) from the American Academy of Actuaries.
