Andrii Lebediev

Andrii Lebediev, PMP is the Manager of Strategy & New Business Development Division at lifecell Ukraine. Andrii is also the Manager of Regulatory Affairs and Strategy Division. Prior to their current roles, Andrii worked as a Transmission Network Planning Senior Engineer, Leading Engineer, and Engineer. During their time at the American Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine, Andrii served as the Co-Chair of the Chamber ICT Committee. Andrii was previously a Fault Management Engineer at BKC. Andrii holds a M. Sc. degree in Telecommunications from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'.
