Julia Petrunia is a seasoned recruitment and HR professional with extensive experience in the field, currently serving as the Leading Recruitment Specialist at lifecell Ukraine since June 2021. Previously, Julia held roles as an HR Manager at 1+1 media and StarLightMedia, where expertise in headhunting, executive search, and candidate assessment was developed. Competencies include effective communication with clients, HR branding, onboarding new employees, conducting exit interviews, and participation in various HR projects. Julia began the career as an HR Specialist at Fozzy Group and later worked as a Recruitment and Adaptation Specialist at Нова Пошта.
