Natalia Savon

Natalia Savon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in payroll and HR administration, currently serving as the Payroll and HR Administration Unit Manager at lifecell Ukraine since December 2006. In this role, Natalia established and maintains administrative processes and payroll systems, developed procedures and policies, and provides consultation on labor law and administration issues while supervising a team of five employees. With expertise in SAP/R3, Natalia has contributed to the automation of business processes and prepares various reports for internal, external, and governmental stakeholders. Additionally, Natalia oversees payroll accounting for 1,100 employees, manages transactions in foreign currency, and collaborates with governmental bodies, including tax inspectors and auditors. Prior to this position, Natalia held roles as Payroll Team Head and Payroll Accountant at Bunge.
