Yuriy Nikolenko

Yuriy Nikolenko is an experienced Project Manager at lifecell Ukraine since July 2021, previously serving as a Legalization Engineer at Huawei Technologies from February 2016 to June 2021. Yuriy's career includes a role as a SAQ & Permitting Expert on the QROI - KSGM Myanmar Project and site management responsibilities at OZONE, where over 1,000 sites were acquired and managed. Additionally, Yuriy held the position of Kharkov PM at UkrRadioTel and served as a Regional Manager at Actek-C. Yuriy began career endeavors in the public sector with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, focusing on unfair competition. Academic qualifications include a specialist law degree from the National Law Academy of Ukraine, earned between 1998 and 2003.
