John Noonan

Founder & General Partner at Lifeforce Capital

John Noonan is the founder and general partner of Lifeforce Capital, a healthcare-focused venture capital firm. Prior to launching Lifeforce, John was an investor with Healthcare Startups, a venture fund that invests in early-stage healthcare companies. Before their venture career, John served as a senior advisor at the Department of Health and Human Services during the Obama Administration. In this role, they worked on policy initiatives related to the Affordable Care Act and other healthcare reform efforts. Prior to their government service, John was vice president of corporate development at Gerson Lehrman Group, a provider of expert network services.

John Noonan holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an AB from Harvard University, and a JD from Yale Law School.
