Sam Hamedi Rad

Sam Hamedi Rad is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at LifeFoundry, Inc. Sam has a strong background in chemical engineering and biomolecular engineering, with experience in research and development in various organizations including BRIUS®, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Energy Biosciences Institute, and A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research. Sam has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and additional certifications in Business Management. Sam has a passion for synthetic biology and bio-manufacturing, playing a key role in leading R&D teams and implementing advanced technologies in biological systems for practical applications.
