Prior experience includes serving as Customer Programs Manager at Chegg Inc. from 2011 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing the Student Advocacy Team and acting as a liaison between users and internal teams to analyze and enhance digital services. Tara M. also worked as Education Program Manager for the World Pet Association from 2006 to 2010, overseeing a comprehensive education program and managing related social media platforms. Tara M. holds an MBA in International Business/NPO Management and a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of the West, as well as a BA in Modern Language from The University of Texas at Arlington.
